The Coimbatore based K.U. SODALAMUTHU AND CO. PVT LTD has won the Regional Award from the Engineering Export Promotion Council in recognition of their achieving highest export performance during the year 2009-10 in the category “STAR PERFORMER – MEDIUM ENTERPRISE”. The company manufactures and exports paper conversion machinery for the production of paper cones, tubes, edge protectors and pulp moulded products since 1970. Apart from being the market leader in India, it exports to more than 50 countries including USA, China, Brazil, Mexico, Russia, Egypt, Turkey, South Africa etc.
The award was given away by His Excellency Shri.Rosaiah, The Governor of TamilNadu at a function held recently at Chennai and the Company’s Managing Director Mr.K.S.Balamurugan received it.
The Company has been winning the export awards consecutively for 18 years.
